Soil Investigation
18-Story Mixed-use Building on Justice Ave Queens
This project is a 18-story mixed-use building, which hosts 183 residential units, and commercial and community facalities on first four floors. The total area is 320,000 square feet. Geo Tech Consultants performed geotechnical investigation for this site. The building is supported on mat foundation.
Deep Foundation Design and Inspection
11-Story Luxury Condominium at 22-43 Jackson Avenue, Long Island City, NY
This project is a 11-story luxury condominium to be built 2021 in Hunters Point, Long Island City, NY.
GTC performed geotechnical investigation, caisson pile design and deep foundation elements inspection for this project.
Soft Subsoil Improvement Design (Compaction Grouting, etc)
7- Story Mixed-Use Building at 3005 Vernon Blvd, LIC, NY
This project is a mix-use building siting on the edge of Hudson river in long island city. Geo Tech Consultants performed soil investigation for the site. Due to the weak soil, we recommended compaction grouting soil treatment to enhance soil bearing capacity and performed compaction grouting inspection and post-grouting verification borings for the project.
